Cristina Alvarado, as I call her Super woman, she is always everywhere to ensure that the resident are happy , had issues in my apartment, it took just few hours to replace every thing that was bad in the apartment. Please, guys, I had to come back to edit my review. The current manager and staff are killing it . I had issues with my wc, the tap in my kitchen. I gave them a call on a Sunday to report the issue and to my greatest surprise. Maintains showed up with 30 minutes to fix the issues . Please, you need to tell someone or people you know to come rent an apartment here . Christina Alvarado and her team are doing a great job .I must commend them . Thank you, guys

I recommend the lady, very good service, a very quiet property, and my wife, the lady Erika, 10/10, did not attend, very good service, fast.
I met a lady called, Cristian in the leasing office, she was so nice and helpful, she helped me so much that I really enjoyed and appreciated her help.
I love those apartments, they are very nice and clean. And it also has good people, especially Ericka from the office, a good person who knows how to treat customers, Ericka, you are the best.

Living at the Falls of Gessner has been amazing! The apartments are spacious and well kept, and the community is friendly. There are tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. I'm really happy to call this place home! 😊
